Grainy yeasty nose. The beer starts winey with sourish hints. Fresh, easy to drink. Nice round and smooth carbonation, hints of Weizen and wine. The aftertaste is smooth, very soft, nearly no bitterness, smooth with sourish winey hints that make it highly drinkable. Very nice beer!

Trocken prickelnder Beginn mit leichtem Malzanteil. Laff, hell holzig, später etwas herber. Kein sonderlich spezielles Bier, trocken, langweilig, unspektakulär. 8/6/8/7/5/6

Tasting at Papsø’s, plastic cork, vintage 2010
Cloudy yellow color, with the head reducing to a small layer. The aroma is mild, some sweetish malts, and light fruitiness. The mouthfeel is off-dry, some wheat and corn flavor, low bitterness. Simple.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy yellow with a lively and very frothy white head (the plastic cork was a pain to remove!). Sweet malty nose with a slight fusty edge. Medium body, heavy carbonation, very sweet clean malts with a little flowery hops. A discreet bitterness in the finish. 180911
