This hoppy German altbier-style ale has the crispness of a German lager, the hoppy punch of a pale ale, and the malt backbone of a Brown. It’s a unique combination of flavors that is almost exclusively brewed in the Dusseldorf area of Germany. We also checked with a German Alt expert, who said this beer made him homesick!
