Our Trappist-style Dubbel is a tasty and complex beer. We brew it with German, French, and Belgian malts and Belgian hops and ferment it with a yeast strain from the La Chouffe brewery. This yeast gives the finished beer unique aromas and raisin or plum-like hints in the flavor.
