(bottle, 33cl) Almost cloudy, murky amber colour with a firm and medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly dark malty aroma with notes of caramel, woody accents and a mildly tart and delicately funky cherry-fruity touch. Mildly sour and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly earthy malty base with caramel, a slightly funky touch and sourish tart notes of Morello cherries; mildly sour-tart cherry-fruity and slightly citric finish with a balanced earthy malty backbone. Likeable. 20.VIII.17
