We are honored to be one of seven MA breweries to attend Beer Advocate’s Extreme Beer Fest (EBF). EBF celebrates brewers and beers that are “pushing the boundaries of what beer is.” As a participating brewery, we were challenged to brew an “extreme” beer to debut at the event. Acid Courage is a wheat beer brewed with dandelion root, peaches and citric acid. The peaches add fruitiness, the dandelion root adds earthiness and the acid ties it all together with a sharp, refreshing tartness. We are pretty sure a beer such as this has never before been made.
