Pours clear deep amber into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Dark caramel aromas. Soft with sweet caramel upfront turning quickly to dry bitter slightly cloying roots in the medium length finish.

[2/1/17] Draught at Lamplighter Brewing Company in Cambridge. Hazy amber. Aroma of malt, caramel, some nuts, light noble hops notes. Sweetish malt flavor with caramel, light nutty note, slightly bitterish noble hops finish. Medium-bodied.
