Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Stas. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is soapy, fruity, wheaty, sourish. Sweetish and mildly tart flavor, fruity, wheaty, with some apricot. Strong carbonation. Not sure if the sourness is intentional, but it’s still OK.

On tap. Cloudy, dark orange, sparkling, with white head. Aroma: fruity, apricot, soap, wheat. Taste: very fruity, bubbly, yellow plum and apricot, slightly sour, a little citrus zest, refreshing and slightly bitter.
