Bottle at DSG 2011. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma is sourness, apple, yeast. Flavour is sourness, apple, yeast, alcohol, fruit. Medium body. Ordinary / Boring cider.

Bottle 750ml. @ the after-TFODRBSG11 tasting.Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy and open, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple peel. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apple peel, green apples, sharp apple, artificial tart apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20110821]

Bottle, 75cl corked. Very pale color, yellow, clear and flat. The aroma is almost alcoholic, like if it should be double strength. Apples too of course. The flavor has apples and a touch of something chemical or alcoholic. Quite dry on the palate. Not a favorite of mine, that’s for sure, but it’s not all bad. 110821
