Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav’s place. Thanks Tom L. I think this is supposed to be an aged IPA, not sure if Biere de Garde is the right category. Murky amber. Aroma of malt, caramel, honey, marmalade, stale hops. Oxidized sweet flavor with malt, cardboard, honey, bitterish stale hops. Medium-bodied. Tastes like a very old IPA.
