Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas. Hazy golden. Aroma of smokiness, infected, rotten fruits and vegetables, cheesy note, yeast. Sourish flavor, infected, with yeast, smokiness, rotten fruits and vegetables. Medium-bodied.

BOTTLE 50 CL from YantarCoast. Malts, light caramel, some lageresque sulphur and smoked bacon - quite close to archetypal Bamberg beers, but less intense and a tad dirty. The body is medium and the mouth-feel is smooth. Unfortunately, after just a month after bottling it show signs of age - a sot of light sour and astringent bitterness. The 15 day shelf life confirms the problem. Not bad, but the off-flavours lost it a good few tenths.
