cloudy brown, smooth beige head. mild aroma, malty, so mild i cant really smell anything. flavor is hoppy, flowery, fruity, spicy.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a creamy off-white head. Sweet burned caramel and some overripe fruit in the nose. Medium body, caramel and nuts with some late, dry hops. Quite pleasant. 260112

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramelish and light breadish. Breadish, dark malty and roasted. Breadish, medium dry and roasted. Ends dry and malty.

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose is yeast, toffee and grain. Vegetables and dust in the flavor. Medium bodied.

Bottle 500ml.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Unclear medium to dark amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sour fruit - malt, soured milk. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, soapy hops, fruity, sour, fruity tart, sour milk, spicy. IMO off !!! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110907]
