Draught. Misty amber ale. Lush off-white head of excellent retention. Aroma: sweet caramel, cake, citrus fruit, pine, moderate yeast. Medium body. The flavour tends to the hoppy side. Medium to heavy grapefruit bitterness dominates. Additional cake, caramel, yeast. Not bad. Still I wish it was cleaner.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Stas. Hazy golden. Aroma of stale fruity hops. Flavor has sweetish malt, marmalade, stale hops, and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

BOTTLE 50 CL from magicmn. Bottled 03-MAR-2015. Hazy amber, ivory frothy to creamy head. (Medium intensity) hops aroma of sweet citrus, just a bit of pine freshness, and lots of caramel and malts. A touch of alcohol too. The taste starts sweet, fruit and caramel, but the big zesty bitterness undercats it promptly. Rich and somewhat sticky body. It feels more like a desert strong ale than an IPA. Still, good - 3,7/5.
