500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange with a small head. Green apple, quince, lemon zest, some white balsamic vinegar, sour white wine grapes, even some funk, grape seed, basement notes / barnyard. Mild dry sourness, some bitterness. Medium bodied, creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry sourish finish. Quite an interesting Weißbier, very complex but does not hit the spot completely.

Bottle picked up from Stöttner Privat Brauerei Market and Bar, Pfaffenberg and consumed at home Sunday 6th February 2022 after hike around Wörthsee today. About to cook Zarzuela and not chose anything to listen yet. Pours yellow/orange, hazy with a huge white head. It ticks most of the classic weisse bier characteristics, wheaty, a nice level of bananayness, lovely softness in the mouth, perhaps erring ever so slightly to sweetness, nice body, some dry grass/hay. Good

Getreidige und hefige Noten herrschen vor. Fruchtige (insbesondere etwas Aprikose, Grapefruit und Zitronenschale) und mild bittere Noten ergänzen. Ein absolut klassisches und leckeres Weißbier.

Cloudy amber. Aroma is slight pear lemon clove unripe banana hints of curcuma and alcohol. Taste is fresh wheaty and bready with full body and much carbonation. Alcohol finish. Average.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orangegelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, malzig fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, leicht bananig, etwas würzig.

Schönes hellorangenes, sehr trübes Bier. Der Geruch ist fruchtig-hefig. Im Antrunk ist das Bier etwas laff-wässrig. Zum Hauptteil kommen schöne Fruchtaromen hinzu - passend zur Farbe leichte Orangentöne. Dazu eine dezente Hefigkeit und eine angenehme Süße. Insgesamt aber doch etwas wässrig-flach bleibend. Der Nachgeschmack ist süßlich-hefig, schön orangig und erinnert ganz weit entfernt an Limonade. Herbe ist keine zu spüren.
--> Ein leckeres, sehr süffiges Hefeweizen, das allerdings etwas flach daherkommt und mehr Aromentiefe durchaus vertragen könnte!

Heller, leicht fruchtiger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil weiterhin hefig mit herben Einschlägen, angenehmer aber milder Hopfen. Zum Ende etwas würziger, süffig, rund. 8/10/9/9/8/9

Hazy orange colour with a white head. Spicy and wheat nose. Medium sweet flavour with a well blended hoppy note, light fruity.
