Bottle courtesy of and shared with ogivlado (thanks!) Poured a murky, full yellow body with a lasting big thick white head. Light chewed up bubblegum in the generally sweetish nose, very light cloves... erm... no. The taste is a fight between breadiness and gluey notes, nicely sweetish though. Something about it just didn’t sit right with me though, slightly stale going to the aftertaste maybe. Dunno. Not the best beer we’ve had today and I might be overrating it.

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Moderately sweet and wheaty aroma with notes of banana, ripe citrus and a touch of clovy spices. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather modest carbonation for a Wheat. Yeasty, wheaty and fruity taste with notes of citrus and banana; delicately spicy and slightly sour-fruity finish. Just another decent Hefeweizen from the Oberpfalz. 29.VII.11

Light yellow beer with a big and white head. Aroma is typical hefe, wheat, yeasts, some sourness and spicyness. Taste is also typical, wheat, spicies, some sourness and bananas. Medium bodied and smooth carbonation. Very hard beer to try to find out anything more, very typical hefe, no complaints, but damn tastefull.

Bottle. Sweet banana, orange, light clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow-brown color with moderate head. Sweet light banana/orange and moderate bitter clove flavor - light malt finish. Smells great but flavor and body are pretty light.

The bottle looks not really good, the beer in the glass is okay. Not very zippy, nivce head though. Tastes deep-yeasty, fine fruity, notes of pineapple. Good hefeweizen!

(Bottle -- shared with Mirjukka and FatPhil, thanks -- at One Pint Pub, Helsinki, on 2008-12-19) Golden. Hazy. Large and quite quickly disappearing white head. Banana and fruitiness in nose. Quite light bodied palate with medium carbonation. Banana, some grapefruit here too, fruitiness and saltiness in taste. Light and little bit fruity aftertaste.
