Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, apples and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. Carbonation is a bit high. 110120

Flaska från Khioskh drucken med ölföreningen. Lätt, frisk och fruktig med fläder, friska äpplen, melon och lite mineraler. Som ett lätt och torrt vitt vin. Det känns verkligen inte som man tagit en cider och torrhumlat och det har man inte heller utan äpplena har fått ligga i i humle i två månader och dessutom har malt tillsats i bryggprocessen. Hantverket märks i smakbilden som är mycket harmonisk. Mycket gott.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is fresh fruity hops, melon, just a little bit of apple skin, mineraly. Taste is fruity hops, mineraly, very well-integrated fruitiness with a touch apple, really like a white wine (chardonnay with extra minerals perhaps). Dry finish, mineraly mouthfeel with a sparkly carbonation. Great creation!

Sampled @ Cider World Frankfurt 2019. A clear yellow color. Aroma of citrus hops, hay, apples. Taste of hoppy fruits, apples, citrus.

Süßlicher, herb, hopfiger Beginn von Äpfeln. Süffig-würzig, trocken, der Hopfen bleibt konstant. Gut. 10/9/10/9//10

Pours very clear, almost like water. Smell is funky, natural apple, with a colliding hoppyness that isn't clearly recognizable as such. Taste is full, apples, dry. Mild bitterness.

Clear pale greenish yellow cider, small off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit dirty, fruity, some apples, tannins, brett notes. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of sour apples, little bitter, dirty touch, some apple peel, tannins. Aftertaste: apples, bit soapy, soft acidity, bitter touch.
