On tap at a fair at Latvian Ethnographic Open Air Museum. Clear straw coloured without any head. Fresh apples with hints of herbs and citrus. Moderate to medium sweet with nice acidity and bitterness. Nice one!

7 3 6 3 13Draft at Kaapse 4th Anniversary Festival ‘18. Almost clear greenish with a white head. Aroma of green apples and woody notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Kaapse 4th Anniversary. Clear green rather than golden with thin white ring head. Sweet and green apples. Light mold. Some grassy and weedy hoppy notes. Moderate sweet and bitter. About medium body and soft carbonation.

Tap at Cider Cider. Clear light green with small white head. Melon, sweet apple, soft citrus, green apple, light pear, soft herbs, cashew nuts. Medium sweet, bitter and sour. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Clear pale golden with a brief white fizz. Sweaty apple, citrus notes. Pretty dry. Slightly tart citrus finish. Nice small bubbles. Definitely the best hoppy cider I've had. India Pale Cider, new style maybe?
