Bottle from Drinkmonger. Hazy bronze/amber body with a medium off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of papaya, overripe mango and digestive biscuit. Flavour of marmalade, dried apricot, pine and lime chutney. Meidum body with a sticky mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Quite malt heavy but the tropical fruit flavours come through well.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo shop, Coventry, consumed at home Sunday 9th July 2016 Very soft in the mouth, good carbonation. Golden in colour with a haze. A streaky bittersweet bite, fruity with a citrussy edge. It’s a decent beer but in a crowded market not really standing out for me. A7 A4 T7 P3 Ov15 3.6
