550 ml bottle. Bright straw color. No head. Tart pear aroma. Sweet fruity pear flavor. Thin bodied. Light crisp semi-dry finish.

550 ml bottle. Clear champagne, minimal head. Some lemon, ripe pear, sweet apples, honey. Fruity sweetness, light tart dryness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry sweetish finish. Nice thirst quencher, however a bit too sweet.

Many thanks for this Organic Perry Cider to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com). Sporo piany ale opada szybko, jasna slomkowa barwa, Cydr poczatkowo slodki, slodkawe gruszki sie czulo, ale po chwili przechodzi to w taka agrestowosc bym powiedzial i lekko kwaskowa kiwi. Ciekawe, wyraziste, moze na samym poczatku za slodkawe bylo. Ale jest ogolnie OK. Tym bardziej ze ekologiczne gruszki tu zebrano.

550ML bottle from Cannon Hall Farm Shop, Barnsley - Clear pale yellow body, thin bubble lines. Crisp apple taste, bit of dry pear bite on the way out. Bittersweet, not too cloying. Another fresh one.

Got a growler of this from JR's. Looks like clear pale lager in the glass. Rather neutral on the olfactory but there is a nose hair of pear there if you look for it. Taste is sweee sweee sweet. So sweet I'm worried its gonna burn my tummy. Yes, seems to have lots of unfermentned sugars in this one. Decent co2. Comes across cleaner than most ciders. No sign of any rudeness in it which is so prevalent in the drier cider stuff. Really sort of as expected. Difficult at times because of the sweetness but its good none the less. Interesting and I got it for $3 so what ever. Good deal for a sammy smitty. Not bad overall but it does lack that waxy feeling on your palate you get from the really good perries.

Bottle. Pours clear medium yellow. No real head, but lively bubbles rise through to the top. Aroma of fermenting pears. Tart fruity pear flavor with some spicy sweetness in the finish. Very nice.
