Cask @ Luton Beer & Cider Festival. Clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet pears, sweet apples and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 160218

Cask at the St. Ives 'Booze on the Ouse' beer festival, 2017. Pours pale yellow with no head. Aroma of apples and pears. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and sour. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask @ St Ives Booze on the Ouse festival. No head. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are apples, pears, little cinnamon, fruits and has a nice sweet juicy finish.

Light unclear matt light to medium orange yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long to average duration, tart pear - apple, vinegar, light earthy. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.
