fonefan 110415. Pale yellow colour with no head. Aroma and flavour is sugar, pear, yeast, apple. Ordinary perry.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy very pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and pear. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 110415

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy very pale straw with no head. Vinous and dry aroma with notes of pears. Mild, sweetish flavour of pears diuted in water. Vinous aftertaste. Acceptable but not impressive.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Mr Whiteheads Field Farm Perry ]. Unclear matt light yellow color with a fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate pear, sweet pear, sugary pear, quit like a ice called "champagne brus". Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, pear, tart pear, sugary - pear limonade - syrup, champagne brus (a ice). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottled (AbM). Silvery yellowish colour with a small head. Aroma is perries, some slight tropical fruit juice, mild vanilla as well as a rather sweet sting to it. Flavour is not very far from that, making it quite sweet, but at the same time somewhat dry. Balanced, and a bit floral and yeasty notes in the finish.
