Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours clear pale yellowish with small, bubbly white head. Clear aroma of fermented apples and pears and some vnous touches. Sweetish onset of pears, quickly giving way to sourish notes of apples, complemented by dusty notes. Sourish aftertaste with subtle, sweetish hints. Good.

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, perry, fruits, sulphur and has a nice fruity finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours almost clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry apples and perry. Sweet, fruity and mild phenolic. Mild citric. Smooth fruity and light sweet finish.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate pear - apple, sweet pear, sugary, pear syrup - juice. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pear, apple, sugary, syrup - juice. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20150124]
