Polycask @ NWAF 2013, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England. Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, sweet pear, sharp, pear skin - peel. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a ling to average duration, dry, pear, sweet pear. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20130124]
