30/9/2022. BIAB taster courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear bright gold with minimal head. Aroma is sweet pear, floral, hay, slightly rubbery. Quite heady sweetness, slightest tart edge. Moderate body, oily and sticky, low carbonation. Too sweet for my liking.

Cask at GBBF 2019. Pale gold, light haze, flat. Acetic nose, sweet pears. Quite sweet, with pear, fruity. Soft and silky simple but awesome mouthfeel and fruitiness with low tannins and acid but not super sweet. Lovely.
