Canister@GBBF2012. Silvery yellow colour with no head. Aroma is pear, vinegar, quite acidic with some mild tart wood. Flavour is sweet pear, mild toffee, yeast, some slight acidic notes as well as mild alcohol.

Polycask @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. Light unclear light light yellow colour (almost like watr with a yellow note) with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate pear, sweet pear, celery. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, celery, pear. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat flat. [20120810]
