Cask at GBBF 2011. A black coloured pour with a small beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Taste is similar, roasty, chocolate, malty, coffee, dark fruit. Pretty good stuff.

At GBBF 2011. Black beer lasting bubbly dark beige head. Roasty liquorice aroma. Good condition in mouth. In fact if i liked liquorice juicy stouts then this would be good. But i am not.. Good beer though and top marks for flavour and condition just not my thing

Cask hand pull at GBBF. Nearly black, edge head. Aroma of burnt espresso and dark cocoa. Taste is watery chocolate. Needs more body.
