www.dlraa.co.uk. The beer “Chopper Fuel" will be pale in colour at 3.8% abv. It will be brewed using a new technique that results in a beer that is very smooth but still packed with body and hop flavours. A combination of Willamette and Brewers Gold hops will give the beer gentle bitterness and hop aromas. The fermentation will use two yeast strains blended to provide a unique flavour profile.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of fresh cereal with floral notes. Dry and grainy flavour with herbal and grassy, very bitter hops.

Cask @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light hoppy, citrus - grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110803]

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours clear yellow with a small off white head. Grain, hay, hops and a vague note of vegetables. Medium bodied. Ends dry.

Cask@GBBF2011. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some mild dough and quite malty as well. Flavour is grassy, fruity, floral and some mild maltyness. Quite dry bitter finish.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild citrusy and crisp hoppy. Bitter and citrusy and crisp hoppy fruity. Bitter and dry finish.
