In the kingdom of fungi, where Saccharomyces is ruler, Brettanomyces is the cool kid that everyone wants to be. He hangs out with a hoppy amber dude, brewed with malted barley, spelt, and wheat and provides a funky foil to the fragrant hops.

At the Brewpub: Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma is funk, kind of like saison farmhouse funk, combined with a nice helping of hoppy action. Taste is equally funky. Is somewhat dry. Yeast and the hops work well together. This is a successful Brett BPA.
