From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England. [ As Govier Medium Dry Cider ].Unclear - hazy matt medium green yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, barnyard, moderate to heavy aceton - yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, dry dry, apple peel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110805]

Cask@GBBF2011. Greenish golden colour (!!!) with no head. Aroma is sweet apples, some yeast, wood, nectar and mild alcohol as well. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild acidic/vinegary notes. Semi mouthdrying.
