Outlier Pale Ale - One of our favorite Pale Ale offerings that we originally piloted Downtown has graduated in a big way to 16oz cans. A hefty grist of both North American 2 Row and Flaked Rye, and a somewhat irresponsible amount of Nelson Sauvin come together for the best reasons...Admittedly, we based this one very loosely on what once was an iconic beer from way out West...
Notes of mango, bright green tropical fruit, dank white grape like citrus oil layered over top of soft but dry weighty mouthfeel from the combination of rye, yeast, and our particular style of fermentation.

Great initial aroma of big Nelson. This hops variety always gets me, even if my enthusiasm for NEIPAs is fading. Lots of pine, grapefruit. Hazy golden pour with decent head. Some body here, more than your average hazy. Light bitter finish. Tap at King's Craft.
