The Nelson Sauvin edition of our No Mates Single Hop Series perfectly showcases the flavors of the land from which these amazingly flavorful hops came from in New Zealand. Bright notes of citrus fruit and white grape hit the nose contrasting with piney resinous flavors that standout on the palate. A complex beer, No Mates with Nelson Sauvin has a dry, soft mouthfeel that evolves into a finish that is semi dank with moderate bittering and lingering flavors of citrus.

Mango and passion fruit. Pours golden hazy with decent head. Some nelson but not as much as I’d like of that sharp grapefruit feel. Sweet finish with a little bitterness. Tap at Gilly’s.
