This beer was brewed with organic 'Crimson Red' 2022 harvest rhubarb grown at Living Rain Farm in Mount Vernon. The rhubarb was macerated on a blend of open and barrel fermented spelt saison. Refermented to condition in the bottle with organic cane sugar.

2022 bottle thanks to Randy. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, rhubarb, oak, funk, earth. Slick body, funky, rhubarb, grape, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
