Cask (gravity) @ The 3rd Stortford Beer Festival, British Legion Club, 28 Windhill, Bishops Stortford, England CM23 2NG.Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, earthy notes, butterscotch notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110729]

Cask at Stortford Beer Festival 2011. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruits, and phenols. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and phenols, leading to a dry phenolic finish.

Cask@GBBF2011. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, mild toasted notes as well as some nutty and mild herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, yeasty and some mild caramel and nutty notes. Pleasantly balanced.
