In late 2020 we put our Dark English Barleywine recipe into casks and set them aside for 30 months. After sitting in a blend of Willett Bourbon, and Old Fitzgerald Bourbon casks, we then blended and added strawberry. Lush notes of sweet caramel, charred oak, whiskey and sweet, slightly acidic strawberry.

Bottle thanks to Chris. Pours a dark brown with small tan head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong toffee, bourbon, wood, faint strawberry. Slick body, bourbon, dates, toffee, light strawberry, enjoyed this.
