From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Light unclear matt light to medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate light light heavy apple, alcohol - coqnac, butter and vanilla notes, light wood notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, wood, coqnac, apple. smooth. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20110805]

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, some wood, mild cellary notes and some mild Cognac sweetness. Flavour is sweet apples, wood, vanilla and mild resiny notes. The Cognac is not that evident in the flavour.
