English barleywine aged for one year in a Journeyman Buggy Whip Wheat barrel, then transferred to a freshly-dumped Driftless Glen Wheated Bourbon barrel for additional aging.
The spirited nose pairs with a full and soft body. Waves of caramel and toffee, werthers candy, fig and caramelized brown sugar. Subtle hints of vanilla are entangled with the very generous spirit and oak character of the barrels on the long linger.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours a dark amber with small beige head. The aroma is toffee, bourbon, fig, raisin, wood, vanilla. Slick body, similar flavors to nose, boozy, very nice.
