Brewed with cocoa nibs and chocolate and aged in maple syrup and wine barrels. Made of chocolate, crystal and spelt malts along with a dash of Jacobsen sea salt. Fermented with a Scottish ale yeast combined with our house wild culture and aged maple syrup and wine barrels, we infused cocoa nibs prior to bottle-conditioning with melted Seahorse chocolate! 548 Bottle produced.

Bottle thanks to Phil? Pours a shitty brown with small beige head. The aroma is maple, wood, and grapes. Slick body, licorice, maple, sour grape, wood, tart, strange.
