Tyrant King is a soft, pillowy showcase for brand new Idaho Gem hops that throw out aromas and flavors of blue raspberry cotton candy and overripe mandarin oranges. With a super soft body and clean finish, it’s an approachable session beer, but with some of the most interesting flavors we’ve experienced in a hop in quite some time. We are excited to continue to experiment with new ingredients, and you can look for some upcoming hoppy beers featuring Idaho Gem.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Draft at Dominion Wine & Beer's upstairs bar. Poured a hazy pale orange color with a small sized foamy white head. Aroma was almost like cereal, with some grassy hop notes. Light juicy citrus. Lemon. Light sweetness. Really pleasant.
