For this limited release, we took a kettle sour base beer with additions of lactose milk sugar and then generously hopped it with Amarillo, Centennial and Galaxy. We then conditioned the beer on copious amounts of Strawberry puree.

On tap at Churchkey. Cloudy gold, white head. Nose of tart strawberry. Taste is a mix of blonde ale with strawberry soda.

Draft at Snallygaster DC 2018. Poured a hazy orange color with a small, wispy white head. Aroma was strawberries. Juicy, light tartness. Easy to drink. Just barely ripe strawberries in there.
