When it takes a while to settle down. If you can't fall asleep without a little help. It's Quiet Company.
Quiet Company is the first traditional kolsch we've ever made. A beckoning 4.5%. Brewed with German pilsen malt, plus just a touch of Vienna and malted wheat. Hopped with all German varietals — Magnum, followed by Tettnanger. Allowed to condition at frigid lager temperatures for a month. We approached this style's tradition with the utmost respect. It’s all about finesse. The result is a crisp, clean thing of beauty, nuanced with the yeast’s esters and a subtle maltiness.
If the name feels familiar, that's because it is. We were inspired by The National’s recent pair of epic shows at the Anthem to bring back an old favorite of ours — and to give it a new home with a beer we hope will become a staple of sorts. It's a new era for Quiet Company, and we're walking in.

Great for a kolsch. Crisp, with decent hops profile. Pours slightly hazy golden with decent head. Snappy end. Tap at brewery.

From Dominion Wine & Beer. Poured a slightly hazy orange color with a nice white head. Aroma was super fresh, huge blast of citrus, tropical fruits. Light sweetness, some dankness. Melon, juicy. Really nice.
