When Adrien was growing up in São Paulo, the path home from school was often lined with goiaba — the tropical fruit known here as guava. Overripe and turning soft, guava would fall from the trees and litter the sidewalks. Not all too surprisingly, Adrien and his classmates picked up these mushy orbs and launched them at each other. No one would make it out unsoaked. Nowadays, we call that a BRAZILIAN SNOWBALL FIGHT.
Or at least that was name that Sara Sherrer coined for this childhood mischief back in the summer of 2018, the first time we brewed Brazilian Snowball Fight with Graft Cider. Over four years later, we’re excited to bring back the 5.0% juicy sour ale. Loaded with pink guava. Given an extra zip from Himalayan pink salt. Brewed utilizing pilsner malt, oats, and wheat. The leaves may be changing but it’s summer forever with one of these in your hand.

4 oz pour on draft at Ocelot. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of guava, funk, tropical fruit. Tastes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, salt, guava. Light body with a dry finish. Tasty collab with Graft Cider.

Poured a hazy yellow color - vibrant yellow, and really hazy. White head. Aroma was really juicy tropical fruit notes. Pretty tasty. Nice sweet and slightly tart, salty character in this one. Strawberry finish?
