On tap at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, beige head. The aroma is cola, toffee, ginger, cardamom, and walnuts. Sweet, with a lightly roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a smooth and lightly acidic palate. This a tasty and interesting saison.
