Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, dark, reddish-brown color, with a small, tan head. The aroma is mild cherry, pine, caramel, salt, and toast. Sweet and malty, with a pretty hard bitterness. Light to medium body, with a crisp, sticky mouthfeel. This is a well made lager.

Pint at the brewery - clean, rich, maltiness that is light sweet and bready up front and dry and toasty on the back end, finishing with a moderate bitterness, grassy hops, and light acidity - solid.
