Impressively done porter, not thin, not weird coconut, tropical fruity chocolate comes off the most (must be tropical coconuts!) Quite tasty and smooth.

19.2 oz. can. Pours black, with a medium, fizzy, tan head. The aroma is weak coffee, dark cocoa, pecans, toasted coconut, and syrup. Sweet and roasty, with a mild bitterness. Heavy body, with a thick, chalky, syrupy mouthfeel. Decadent and delicious.

Tulip at the brewery - black pour with a bright white head - nose is strong toasted coconut, chocolate, vanilla, caramel - smells like a freshly-opened bag of Samoas (or whatever their politically correct name is now) - medium full body with a fairly frothy texture - sweet, but with a balancing spiciness to it, some tail end alcohol heat - toasted coconut, vanilla, chocolate, toffee, some tail end bourbon-like character - finishes medium sweet with lingering toasted coconut - pulls off that rare coconut beer feat by not tasting like suntan lotion - good beer.
