Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of faroeviking. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small yet lacing white head. Spicy, funky aroma - heavy farty aroma, thick barnyard and Brett. Solid body, sweet fruitiness, yeast and spices with a dry hoppy finish. Very enjoyable. 240811

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, light yeasty. Yeasty, brett and light fruity. Bitter, slight burned plastic and yeasty. Dry finish.

Golden with a lasting white head. Aroma has some unique spice character, some rice, flowers, pepper. Dry spicy and herbal flavour, a bit perfumed.

Bottle. A slightly hazy beer, golden in color and with a finger-thick white head. Quite spiced on the nose, orangey and lightly malty. Spiced and citrusy flavor with a nice bitterness, coming stronger towards the end. Medium to full body, dry. Lasting bitterness in the finish. Maybe a bit one dimensional, but it’s a pleasant and tasteful beer I wouldn’t shy away from drinking a lot of. 110820

Entered to celebrate my 8000th Rating. Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is mild spices, yeast, hay and hops. Spicy flavor with a bit of pepper. Smooth and medium bodied. A bit of warmth.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, dried fruits and pepper. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, yeast, pepper, malt and hops.
