On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear, golden color, with a medium, fizzy, white head. The aroma is orange peel, apricot, light hay, white sugar, and resin. Fairly sweet, with a nice, drying bitterness. Medium body, with a crisp, sharp palate. This is an aromatic and pretty tasty saison.
