Dominion Oak Barrel Stout is rich and smooth, a draught brew so popular at our Brewup that we found a way to bottle it for a wider audience. We combine seven different malts and two hops to create a delicious stout, that we dry-hop with fresh vanilla beans and toasted oak to finish our little treasure. The result is a stout that has the bourbon barrel flavor we all enjoy, and hope you will to.

Bottle@Γlmesse, Voldby - dark brown verging black pour with tan head. Roasted malty aroma and taste, big chocolate, coffee, hoppy pine undertones, good vanilla, wooden bourbon nuances on the palate.

Very dark brown with tan head. Little carbonation, not as much body as a stout ought to have, but with a touch of creaminess. Tastes of vanilla, milk chocolate, with mild bourbon edge. Clean finish. Lots of stouts better than this one.

Pours oily, clear, very dark brown. Creamy, tan head. Aroma has roasted malt and oak. Flavour is roasted with vanilla and bourbon notes. Sweetness giving way to bitterness and light alcohol burn towards the finish.

Black beer with a thin beige head and a very smoky flavour. Flavour has a smoky flavour and vanilla-y malt. Light, sweet taste with a bit less body to it than I expected. Nice though.

Bottle.Pitch black colour with off-beige head.Aroma roosted and sourish with hint of licorice and malt, guess that a barrel stout must be better then that, fells overall a bit thin and boring.

Bottle at home, 11th April 14. Vanilla on the nose, taste is quite nice, too fizzy though, and too thin in the mouth. Nothing special
