On tap at the Denver Winter Brew Fest. Pours a dark, hazy brown, with a thick, bubbly, tan head. The aroma is bananas, strong cloves, chocolate, bark, and orange peel. Sweet and yeasty, with only a touch of bitterness. Medium body, with a smooth, clean, crisp mouthfeel. Complex and delicious. Very nice.

10 ounce at the brewery - dark mahogany - heavy and sweet brew, with moderately pronounced alcohol, strong pepper phenols, a heavy dose of clove and banana - slight tartness on the tail end balances the sweetness - complex and fairly tasty - maybe tone down the alcohol to 8 or below.
