Taster at the Brass Tap. Pours an unclear brown, with a medium, beige head that leaves lots of good lacing. The aroma is cocoa powder, pumpernickel bread, orange zest, and hay. Sweet and malty, with a very mild bitterness. Light body, with a smooth, chalky, mouthfeel. Pretty good! Mellow and a bit thin, but well made and interesting.

Plenty of tea like you are conducting business in Morocco. Dark brown pour with good head and lacing. Some raw grain. Light bitter finish. Can.
