On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours black, with a thin, fleeting, beige head. The nose is chicory, espresso, cedar wood, toasted oak, and resin. Oddly sharp bitterness, but it cuts the sweetness pretty nicely. Medium body, sticky, creamy, and thick. Weirdly bitter and harsh for a milk stout, but it works pretty well. Easily the best beer in the flight.
