On tap at the brewery in a flight. Pours clear, pale yellow, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is biscuit dough, buttery hops, green bananas, and musty attic. Sweet up front, with a dry, mellow bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste. Light to medium body, dry, a little astringent, and sticky. This is a fun concept, and I love the name, but the beer is kind of a mess.
